Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using a credit/debit card or other available payment methods.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please contact us immediately via our Contact page and we will do our best to help before the order is dispatched.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
SHIPPING
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 / €75.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship domestically within the US and Europe only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Some items such as opened consumables and sale items are non-returnable. See our Returns & Refunds section for full details.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
A: We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping costs.

A: Yes. All products sold in our store are 100% authentic and sourced directly from verified suppliers and brands.
Q: A product I want is out of stock — will it come back?
